An Edwardian platinum diamond set tiara. Composed of openwork foliate garland design sections graduating down in size from the centre, each featuring a single bezel set old cut and eight cut diamond and a pair of diamond set leaves within a pear-shaped diamond-set surround, mounted atop an articulated line of grain set old cut diamonds.
The handmade frame that the tiara sits on is made of German Silver and handstitched brown velvet, for comfort when worn.
