Do I need to make an appointment? No, you don’t. If you would like to do so, you can let us know when to expect you. However, generally we operate on a first come first served basis, so please understand that there may be a short wait if our staff members are busy.
Do you do repairs? Yes, we have our own workshop and work with some very talented, expert jewellers who can solve a myriad of jewel-related issues. It doesn’t matter if your piece wasn’t bought from us - we can still repair it for you. Let us take a look at it, and we can advise you from there.
