A handmade Vintage Tortoise brooch by Cartier, in 18ct yellow gold and set with cabochon sapphire eyes and a central cushion cut sapphire. The turtle shell is comprised of a fine domed wire fretwork, with an elegant twisted gold section running down its centre.
